Every day, head nurse Marta's life is an exhausting merry-go-round of the most tedious duties. She recently became a widow and is alone with her teenage son. She doesn't complain about anything, convincing herself as a true communist that she lives in paradise and is safe. Everything around her is normal, after all. Everyone is looking forward to a better tomorrow. But then comes a turning point that turns her life upside down. A young, cheeky hospital maintenance worker named Oskar, with hair down to his shoulders and opinions that shatter Marty's safe, normal world into pieces, enters her lonely life. Her relationship with the nonconformist young man changes all her previous certainties about life, as was possible under the socialist regime, in times of "normality."

Norm is a love story pure and simple. But there is nothing simple about it. A loving sister decides to take her older brother with Down syndrome into her home to provide the care and the sense of family she feels he has been denied since childhood. Like many aging adults living with Down syndrome, he begins to experience the symptoms of Alzheimer's disease. Her greatest fears have become a reality, "What if she can't keep him at home forever?"

This is a coming-of-age film about young blooming college girls. As they step into a heartless demanding world, the boundaries of their friendship are tested transforming from pupae and blossoming into butterflies.

Norm and his three misfit brothers have ninety days to save their childhood home while trying to escape the memories of their past.

A little short film Aron Fromm made about Norm.

Built entirely from archival footage, personal photos, and rare home videos contributed by fans and friends, Norm tell his own story in his own voice.
